A new mid-size luxury sedan from Infiniti debuts this year. The 2011 M37 replaces the M35 in Infiniti’s luxury sedan lineup, and is aimed to compete directly with European rivals. As expected, this Infiniti is packed with high tech luxury and safety features. Starting under $50,000, the M37 has a price advantage over European counterparts that are similarly equipped.

The M37 is available in a rear wheel drive, or in the M37x version which adds all wheel drive. Both options include a muscular 3.7 liter DOHC 24-valve V6, putting out 330 horse power and 270 pound feet of torque. Connecting the power plant to the tires is a seven-speed automatic with manual paddles. The driver can select between four shift modes (Eco, Snow, Sport, and Standard). Naturally, Eco provides the best economy and Sport maximum fun.

The new 2011 M37 looks like it came to play. Styling is aggressive and gives a clue to the performance under the hood.
